Our Journey
Lagom Spirits started as a personal pursuit that refused to stay small. It’s the result of a long-term appreciation for great drams that got slightly out of hand—one thing led to another, and eventually, we found ourselves as an independent bottler. Based in the UK, we are here for anyone seeking a bit more character in their glass, from easy-going balanced drams to the bold, unapologetic character of a cask-strength release.
While distilleries focus on consistency, we have the freedom to be different. We source exceptional casks and experiment with maturation times and unique finishes to bottle spirits that truly stand out. We exclusively bottle single casks because we love the personality of a one-off outturn. Since no two casks are ever identical, every release is a unique moment in time—once they’re gone, they are never to be replicated. We select each one thoughtfully, choosing spirits that encourage the most conversation.

Vincent Low
The final arbiter for every cask and bottling decision, which mostly involves a lot of "research" and looking thoughtful over a glass. He balances the grueling task of finding exceptional spirits with the slightly less-glamorous duty of ensuring the bills are paid and the lights stay on.
Design & Creative Guru
John NGK
While we nose cask samples, John aggressively defends negative space. From clean typography to the perfect copper hex code, he ensures our bottles look as good as the spirit inside.
Cigar Pairing Panellist
Kyriakos Bezerianos (KB)
A long-term enthusiast who has dedicated years to the noble pursuit of fine tobacco and decadent spirits. KB provides considered pairing recommendations, ensuring that every match is a thoughtful choice rather than a coincidence.

Josh Wood
Josh has a history with spirits and cigars so extensive it’s practically archival. He brings an impressive, encyclopedic knowledge to the panel, providing the kind of deep-dive insight that can only be earned through decades of tireless "quality control."
